I have no idea! I can't even remember the site where it is from. The human leg grafted on the side looks sort of superfluous to me.
BTW I tend to just do searches on Google images for these Monday monsters (all my Mondays are 'monstrous'). It probably breaks all sorts of copyright rules posting them here...
